Loop Colors paints are safe for both users and producers. Our products have always been environmentally friendly and protect health.
In particular, our products only have two risk labels on the packaging:
Flammable, indicating the presence of propellant but harmless to the ozone.
Irritant: our spray paints contain solvents, but do not contain aromatics. Ahead of European directives, we have not been using these elements for some time now, especially Xylene and Toluene.
Use Loop Colors products with maximum freedom.
Safe for you and the environment
We pay great attention to the formulation of our paints: we ensure they respect the environment and the user, so much so that you won’t seethe “lung-bursting pictogram” on the packaging – this is because our products are attentive to the health of users while remaining extraordinarily qualitative.
Low Volatile Compounds
Thanks to the special formulation of our high-solid content spray paints, VOCs – volatile organic compounds – are much lower than the limits set by European directives.
Recyclable Cans
Loop Colors spray cans cans are made of recyclable materials.
The plastic valve cover in polypropylene, the tinplate canister, the color valve cover in polypropylene, and the plastic button can each be disposed of according to the most suitable cycle to return to being usable material.
Once finished (i.e., when they no longer have pressure or content), the spray cans can be delivered to the ecological areas of your city in the section dedicated to paints and solvents to be properly recovered.
A spray paint should not compromise the air, but respect it.
Loop Colors has always been very sensitive to environmental sustainability issues.
Throughout the production cycle, everything is designed to have the least possible impact on the environment:
Production:
we adopt innovative, safe, and environmentally friendly technological processes at every stage of production
Packaging cartons are optimized to be smaller and lighter, requiring less cardboard. This optimizes transport loads and reduces fuel consumption for logistical movements.
We have optimized energy use and streamlined the production chain to avoid energy and heat wastage.
We have replaced the hot bath for the spray cans: previously, they were immersed in water at a temperature between 45° and 52°C for 3 to 5 minutes to check their tightness.
To avoid this water consumption – which otherwise would have to be disposed of as waste , essentially resulting in significant water waste – we have adop t ed an integrated quality assurance and control system. .
